“warmup workout”

I’ve got plans tonight, so this was just to stretch out.  I’ve had a long term rotator cuff instability, and I’m finally taking some recovery measures seriously.

3 rounds-

Jump rope: 100 singles
Air squat: 10 reps
Side lunge: 10 reps
Tuck jump: 10 reps
Atomic Situp: 15 reps

Rotator Cuff Mobility Work

3 rounds-

R/L Exterior Rotation: 15 reps
R/L Interior Roation: 15 reps
Passthru: 20 reps

3 rounds with 40# KB-

Goblet squat: 20 reps
KB Overhead Swing: 20 reps
Calf Raise: 20 reps

35 minutes
