Warmup:
Run to UMT and back: 26:21
At stoplights- 3 sets of 10 air squats, 1 set 10 jumping squats, 1 set 15 jumping lunges.

WOD, all with the KB:
3 Rounds
30 Squats
20 Swings
10 Cleans (each arm)
