Warmup: 2 rounds
10 pass thrus
5 wall squats
10 air squats
10 pushups

3 Rounds:

Person #1: Rack KB hold
Person #2: 20 jumping lunges

3 Rounds:

Person #1: Tool hang/betchel variations
Person #2:  15 KB goblet squats

3 Rounds:

Person #1: Leg hold/flutter kick
Person #2:  15 KB Deadlift
