Solo grind.  At least the garage is warm.  Still trouble with the left foot.

Warm up (no impact), 3 rounds

10 Airsquat
5 Wall Squat
10 Pass thrus
45 Deadhang on tools
10 KB DL

Grind, no impact: Big 5-55

10–>1 Ladder of each:
KB Squat, Pushup, k2e on tools, TGU w/KB (half on each side), Snatch

Then: grind to halt

1min wall sit
3 KB TGUs each side
1min wall sit
2 KB TGUs each side
1min wall sit
1 KB TGU each side

45 sec tool hang.
