Happy New Year 2012.

Inspired by Rob Fusco and Rob Macdonald (also), I followed their format from the 2011 workout, with a few adjustments for my current foot injury and specific needs.

2,000 reps- 200 reps each of 10 body weight movements, mostly done in sets of twenty.

squats
pushups
crunches
lunges (half jumping, half strict)
unilateral RDL
box step ups (~16″)
mtn climbers
leg lifts
pullups on tools (feet on box with knees behind me for assist) (170 reps), box dips upon failure (30 reps).
hip bridges

Rep time: 1:25:45

Rest: 2:30

12 minutes: 1min FLR + 1min tool hang (6 minutes each). Plus 1 minute FLR for good luck.

Total time:1:42:22
