10 air squats
10 lunges
10 pass thurs
10 halos
10 around the world

Then: 2 rounds

50 kb swings
40 kb squats
30 pushups
20 kb situps
10 kb lunges

Then: 5 minutes- as much FLR as possible. 260 out of 300 seconds
