Foot hurts a lot. Upper body beatdown.

Warmup, 3 rounds:

10 KB Halo
10 KB Around the Body
10 kb swings
5 KB Snatch
45 sec tool hang w/ 4 k2e

Then, grind- 5 rounds:

6 tool pullups
8 k2e
10 KB snatches (each arm)
12 leg lifts
14 pushups (only right leg on floor)

Cooldown:
2min flr
2min tool hang 1:00-0:20-1:00
1:30 flr
1:30 tool hang 0:45-0:20-0:45
1:00 flr
1:00 tool hang 0:35-0:10-0:25
0:30 flr
0:30 tool hang
