10 Air Squats
5 Tuck Jumps
10 Passthrus
45sec deadhang on tools

WOD:

Big5-55: 10–>1 Ladder of
K2E on Tools
Pushups
V-Ups
KB Swings
KB Squats

Cooldown: 100 KB Calf Raises + 1min tool deadhang.
