Rest day.

But because we are what we repeatedly do… and we’re going back to Bozeman this weekend.

To failure- 40 sec. deadhang on tools, 20 sec. rest.

1st Round- 6 oblique ankles to bar
2nd Round- 6 oblique ankles to bar
3rd Round- 6 straight ankles to bar
4th Round- 6 Knees to Elbows
5th Round- 6 Knees to Elbows
6th Round- deadhang
7th Round- deadhang
8th Round- deadhang

Failure.
