Having limited time…

Warmup, 3 rounds-

10 KB Round the body
10 Airsquat
10 KB Swings
45 deadhang- one tool, one rock hold

WOD, TABATA 0:40 work/0:20 rest, no rest between exercises.

Jumping Squats- 25, 23, 24, 25, 25
Pushups- 20, 17, 15, 13, 12
K2E + Deadhang on tools- 10, 10, 10, 10, 10
KB Lunges- 14, 16, 17, 17, 16
KB Swings- 21, 22, 21, 22, 22

Cooldown, immediately after- 3:30 FLR strict.  Legs are limiting at this point.

I hate TABATA KB Swings.
