Run, house to river to house- 11:44

TABATA, 0:20/0:10 work/rest.  8 work rounds each.

Pushups
KB Swings
Hangboard (alternate jugs and 4 finger pockets)
KB Squats

Long session after NLC-

Run “Sentinel”, 1,600 vertical feet.

1hr 13m gate to gate.
