Do good work.

Bike to gym, run.  Gym to Waterworks gate via rr overpass (6:43), Gate to Summit (10:28), Summit rest (0:52), Summit to Homestead sign (4:25), back to summit and back to gate (11:14), gate to gym via overpass (6:46).  It’s always faster when you’re thinking about a girl.  42:35 total.

2:00 rest.

5×8 Squats @ 135#

6:13 (1:00 rest between sets)

Boulder- 75 minutes.
