Barefoot run, fast, house to river to Kim Williams gate (12:38), then 5th street to home (fast, but stoplights in the way, 10:04).

Then, TABATA.  0:40 work/0:20 rest 5 rounds each.

Jumping squats
Pushups
V-Ups
Walking lunges.
