75 minutes climbing at the gym- working problems at 80-90% of max ability.  Goal of session was large volume of problems I could just barely send (rather than working for endurance, or working at threshold).

Then, lifting for climbers:

5 x 8 Deadlift at 185# (60% max), 1 min rest between sets

4 minutes: 30/30 pushpress with 20# DB.  28-27-25-25.  Need heavier DB.

5 x 8 Front Squat at 135# (60% max), 1 min rest between sets.
