Enough bullshit.  I can walk, and I can bike, so I can get to the gym and get something done.

Warmup: 3 rounds

0:40 deadhang
10 air squats
5 inverted rows
5 leg lifts

3:00 rest

10 rounds: every 3 minutes complete:

0:45 deadhang
10 inverted rows (height 9 on squatrack)
10 ab rollouts
rest remainder of round

Then, 4:00 rest.

Then, 5 rounds: every 2:00 complete:

>20 Pushpress @20# DB
10 V-Ups
6 Russian twists @ 25#

Get your sweat on.
