Warmup, 3 rounds:

5 Tuck Jump
10 Air Squat
5 V-Ups
5 Pushups
10 KB Around the Body (each way)

Then, TABATA.  0:40 work/0:20 rest.

KB Squats
Pushups
KB Swings
KB Weighted Situps
KB High Pulls/Snatches (3 sets/2 sets)
