Warmup, 3 rounds-
10 KB Around the Body, each direction.
10 Airsquats
5 KB Swings
5 Tuck Jumps
10 KB Halo, each direction.

10:00

Then, 11–>1 ladder for time.

KB Squats
Pushups
KB Situps
Jumping Squats
KB Snatches

~19:00

Starting from 11 makes a big fucking difference.
