1 hour gym climbing.  First time feeling strong in almost 2 months.  Can’t believe it’s been that long.

Then, warmup squats, pushups, dead hang.

Then, ladder, for time, 10–>1

Front Squat, @ 115#
Inverted Rows, @ setting 9.
