Ky actually came back for more.
Warmup: 3 rounds
100 single jump rope
10 air squat
5 wall squat
5 tuck jumps
45 sec. deadhang
10 passthrus
WOD: 4 rounds each.
10 perfect pushups (slow)
5 pullups (fast)
15 KB Squats (slow)
30 Mtn Climbers (fast)
[should have included the following, but ran out of time:
10 KB Deadlifts
20 Jumping lunges]
