Warmup, 3 rounds:

100 single jump rope
10 Air Squats
5 Wall Squats
0:45 Deadhang on tools w 4 A2B

1 hr climbing

10-8-6-4-2 Knees to elbows (oblique) on tools. FLR for same time as k2e between sets.
