Finally, the 28th birthday workout.  Pretty good, but not deadly.  Note how the warmup and WOD point at the burner.

Warmup:

100 single jump rope
10 OHS (PVC)
10 Passthrus
5 Tuck Jumps
5 Perfect Pushups

Then, WOD, 4 rounds:

28 Jumping Squats
14 knees to elbows on tools
28 KB Swings
28 Pushups
28 Snatches (14 r/14 l) (ed. note: only did 3 sets. 4th set not possible due to fatigue.  Did 28 KB Lunges).

32:xx- 6:37, 7:14, 8:48, 9:19

Then, burner.

28 Burpies for time.

2:02. Awful.
