Warmup- 3 rounds

10 front squat @45# bar
10 passthrus
45 sec deadhang
5 tuck jumps
15 wrist curls @15#

Then, 20:00 AMRAP on ice simulator.

8 Knees to elbows + 1 full round trip up and down.

8 complete rounds.  Failure at gripping tools.

300 second unbroken FLR (including obliques)
