I didn’t want to do this.  I thought I programmed it soft but there was still plenty of sweat.  The garage serves…

Warmup, 3 rounds:

10 OHS PVC
4 Tool Pullups
10 Tuck Jumps
10 Side lunges
10 Oblique levers

Then, Big 5-55 +23 (12, 11, 10, 9 –>1 rep scheme)

K2E, Burpies, KB SLDL, V-Ups, KB Rows.

40:09.  Ample sweat.

Then:

(2) 2:00 Wall sit
