In the field for work.  Packed a KB, and found some weights at the jobsite.

Warmup, 3 rounds:

10 Deadlifts (60# Barbell)
10 air squats
10 perfect pushups
10 V-Ups
10 KB Swings

WOD, 4 rounds, work consistently:

20 Barbell single leg deadlifts (10 r/10 l), 60# BB
20 pushups
20 KB swings
20 bicep curls, 30# BB
20 V-Ups
