Finally, back in the gym.

Warmup, 2 rounds:

2:00 tool hang
10 forward, 10 back OH Lunge with 45#
10 Front Squat with 45# bar
10 KB Snatches, each side, 30# KB
3 KB TGUs, 30# KB

16:00

Then,

1hr20m bouldering.  v0-v5. Send the v5?!?

Then, 3 rounds:

2:00 tool movement on board (with feet)
20 DB OH Press, 15# DB (FOR CONTROL)
20 calf raises with (2) 15# DB
20 DB rows, 15# DB
10 right/10 left single leg deadlift, (2) 15# DB
1:30 FLR plank with 25# on back.
