Sore from Saturday.  A “lighter” workout?  Didn’t feel that way.

Hard run to park (4km) – 15:12

Then, 2 rounds-
30 deadhang on fat bar
10 Single leg step ups (each leg)

7:00

Then, 8:00 rugby tackle drills (harsh…)

4:00 rest

Then, 10–1 ladder

Jumping squats
Pushups
Box Jumps (24″)
K2E
jumping lunges

Run home via road- 10:21
