Late day workout- foot is killing me.

6 rounds:

50 sec. deadhang on tools
10 sec. rest
45 sec. deadhang on edge
15 sec. rest
60 sec. rest

by round 4, I could only hold 30 sec. deadhang on edge.

Then, 4 roundsĀ plank/band row
30 sec. right, 30 sec. left, 30 sec. rest

Then, 3 rounds PT

10 pushup plus
20 r/20l oblique shoulder rotations
10 r/10l 30 degree shoulder raise raise
