Happy Valentine’s Day you weak motherfucker.  I’m feeling out of shape, and sometimes it’s hard to motivate- so I made a deal.  5 sets, whatever it takes.  The sooner you do it, the sooner you’re done.

Warmup: 2/3rd of Daily Bread

Work- 5 sets.

20 K2E on Tools
20 Superman
20 KB Squats
20 Pushups
20 FLR/Band pull

Harsh on the core.

Later, PT for shoulders and foot, 3 rounds.

10 pushup plus
20 r/20l oblique shoulder rotations
10 r/10l 30 degree shoulder raise raise
