Work up to heavy benchpress and bench row.

10×95#, 8×135#, then work: 3×175#, 3×165#, 3×165#

10×20#, 8×35# then work: 5×55#, 5×55#, 5×55#

Trade all sets of bench work with:

10 Superman
10 K2E
20 oblique seated twists

then bike home.
