No rest for the weary.  In the gym, doing the stuff I suck at.

1 hr V5 projects. No sends, just hard work and falling off.

Then: 5 rounds-

10 oblique K2E, 10 pushups for time, then rest for total time.

0:48/0:48, 0:45/0:45, 0:43/0:43, 0:46/0:46, 0:48/0:48
