10 30deg shoulder raise @5#
10 strict push press @20#db
10 front squat @25# db
0:50 deadhang on jugs

1hr climbing. Work 45 wall, hard body position problems

Then, burn
5 rounds, 10 k2e+10 push-ups. Rest for same time as work
