10 oblique leg lifts
10 bench press @115#
6 pull-ups on holds
10 r/l wrist curls @ 25#

2:00 rest

3 rounds, 1 round every 2 minutes
5 r/l rows @50# (perfect)
5 r/l db curls @30#

Repeat from 4/11 with less rest.
