Saturday afternoon grind. Foot still injured

Warmup, 5 rounds:

20# (1 round), 25# (2 rounds), 30# (2 rounds)

6 reps eachs: deadlifts, rows, highpulls, squats, pushpress

5 reps 30 deg arm raise @10 #

0:45 deadhang on holds

10 shoulder shrugs @ 25#

warmup benchpress and bicep curl. Then work with weight vest:

4 rounds

4 reps 165# benchpress + 3 r/l pullups on holds with vest, 2 min rest between rounds

then

4 rounds

6 reps ab roller with weight vest + 4 reps bicep curl at 35#
