deadlift, row, high pull, goblet squat, pushpress, lunge
0:50 deadhang with 4 K2E

Work, 4 rounds

3 reps benchpress @165# (all I had)
3 R/L mixed grip pullups

2:00 rest

Work, 4 rounds

8 K2E on holds
8 bench row @35# DB (hard.

bike home.
