Bike to gym.

Stretch.  1 hr of medium climbing, with 1 movement on campus board every 5 min.

Then, weight.

Warmup front squat and deadlift.

x10@45#/95#

x8@95#/135#

Then, 5 rounds:

10x K2E on holds, 10x pushups.

3:00 rest

8x front squat, 8x deadlift @ 115#, 185#

harsh.
