20 min. climbing warmup.

10 motions on campus board.

Then, warmup, 3 rounds:

5 wall squats
10 air squats
10 30deg arm raises
6 each: DB deadlifts, bent rows, high pulls, front squats, pushpress (20#, 25#, 30# DB)
0:50 sec deadhang

Then, TABATA V-Ups, 0:20/0:10 x 8

Then, Burpee Chicken, +1 rep each minute, starting from 1 rep. Completed 14 rounds.
