100 single jump rope
10 passthrus
10 air squats
10 KB around the body (r&l)
10 KB deadlifts

WOD, 5 rounds:

20 KB swings
20 KB Squats
20 Pushups
20 KB Snatches
20 V-Ups

4:02, 4:10, 4:16, 4:35, 4:36
