Pick things up.

Warmup, 3 rounds:

10 deadlifts @ 95#
5 wall squats
10 walking lunges
0:50 deadhang with 4 ankles to bar

Then, pick shit up.

one triple every 30 seconds x 10 minutes:

deadlift, clean, pushpress @ 85# (good weight, maybe 95# next time)

Then, hold steady:

1:00 front plank, 0:45 x hold r/l, 2:00 front plank

 

34 minutes total.
