Quick KB Session.

Warmup, 3 rounds:

100 jump rope
10 air squats
20 walking lunges
20 passthrus
0:45 tool hang

WOD: 11–>1 rep ladder:

KB Swings, jumping lunges, V-Ups, Pushups, KB highpull (11–>1 each arm)

14:56

Cooldown:

2:30 front plank (one push)

2:30 tool hang (1:30/1:00)
