Lunch workout. Feeling punchy.

KB Daily Bread

then, 2 rounds:

50 KB swings
40 KB Squats
30 Pushups
20 V-Ups
10 KB Snatches

then, 2 rounds

100 Jump rope singles
20 KB Deadlifts

 

Afterwork: 90 min. walk.
