Gym session with Paul. 90 min. bouldering, work hard projects, send.

Then, warmup, 6 rounds of 6 @25# DB

Deadlifts, bent rows, high pulls, front squats, push press, lunges

~15min warmup and teaching.

Then, partner work-

5 rounds, 10 K2E + 10 pushups. Rest while Paul does 7 K2E + 7 Pushups

3:00 rest

5 rounds, 10 weighted lunges + rack DB on chest with (2) 40#DB.  Rack hold while Paul lunges with 25#DB.

15:30 total work
