Living room session.

Warmup, 3 rounds:
10 air squats
10 KB deadlifts
10 KB around body (r&l)
5 wall squats
10 pushups
5 pullups on door frames

9 min.

Then: 10 reps of PVC wrist rolls with 5# weights. 5 each direction.

6 min.

2 min rest

Then: 25 TGUs each side @ 10#

3 min rest

75 burpees for time. 6:54

Then: 5:00 plank w/ 20 V Ups
