Short form workout, weights only.

Warmup: 5 rounds, 1 at (2) 20# DB, 2 at (2) 25# DB, 2 at (2) 30# DB

6 deadlift, 6 bent rows, 6 high pulls, 6 squats, 6 pushpress.

Strength work: weighted pullup ladder + benchpress

6 pullups @20# DB

4 benchpress reps @145#

5 pullups @25# DB

4 benchpress reps @145#

4 pullups @30# DB

4 benchpress reps @145#

3 pullups @35# DB

4 benchpress reps @145#

2 pullups @40# DB

4 benchpress reps @145#

 

3:00 right + left oblique plank with 10# weight on hip.
