Very unmotivated. 45 min of climbing, worked from previous Spaceship session.
Then lifting
Warmup Deadlift and Weighted pullups.
Deadlift:
10×95#, 8×135#, 6×225#
3 rounds, 4 reps @ 265#, 1 round 4 reps @ 275#
Pick up heavy shit.
Weighted Pullups:
6 unweighted. 5 @ 25#, 4@30#, 3@35#, 2@40#
2 rounds 10 right + left oblique bench trunk raises + 10 weighted situps @35# DB. (ran out of time to do 3 rounds)
